At the Film Olympiad, transparency is at the heart of our process. Every film receives detailed ratings, so filmmakers and audiences can clearly see how decisions are made. Our unique competition system adds to this scope.

Instead of films disappearing among hundreds, we provide clarity. This is our dogma. We know the challenges of making a film with limited resources and endless obstacles. That’s why that respects effort and treats every filmmaker fairly.

And of course, film is also an art — and in close calls, personal aesthetic judgment plays a role. But that's we built a system that respects effort and guarantees that fairness goes as far as it possibly can.

Films deserve to know how the jury rated them, how they compare to other contestants, what was considered a weakness or an advantage in the film. We find this knowledge vital and priceless - and we know that it is something that all filmmakers want. Radical Honesty.
